A French national, Farid spent seven years as a sergeant in the French army, then fifteen years of competitive basketball and handball. That taught him discipline, pressure, recovery, and how much the body remembers. At Health Clinic Waverton, Farid treats massage and recovery, both in the clinic and as mobile appointments across the North Shore. For relaxation work, he uses his own Massage Wave method. Farid's Diploma of Remedial Massage is in progress, expected March 2027.
